Fees

At Green Fields Health and Performance, we believe in providing an affordable service for clients with competitive fees. Our rates remain significantly lower than The APS National Schedule of Suggested Fees 2024-2025, which has the standard 46 to 60-minute consultation fee at $311.

Effective From the 1st August 2024, our fee structure is as follows:

Senior Clinical Psychologist

Full Fee: $250

Concession rate: $220

(Medicare Rebate, Clinical Psychologist: $141.85)

Clinical Psychologist

Full Fee: $230

Concession rate: $200

(Medicare Rebate, Clinical Psychologist: $141.85)

Psychologist/Clinical Registrar

Full Fee: $190

Concession rate: $160

(Medicare Rebate, Psychologist $96.65)

Provisional Psychologist

Flat rate: $120

(No Rebate Available)

To be eligible to receive psychological services under Medicare, a person must be referred by their GP and in some instances by another medical specialist. Speak to your GP about your eligibility to claim these Medicare benefits and the best person to make your referral.

Supervision, facilitation and Training is charged at the full fee rate per hour.

Cancellation Policy

When appointments are booked, the psychologist reserves the whole hour especially for you. Therefore the following cancellation policy is in place to allow us to offer the allocated time to another person who may be on a waiting list for that appointment.

We require 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a session without incurring any extra fees. A $70+GST fee will be charged for non-attendance or less than 24 hours cancellation of a session for private clients with NDIS cancellation policy applied for plan and NDIS clients under NDIS.

We understand that sometimes you may be unable to keep an appointment because of sudden illness or an unexpected personal emergency. If this happens to you, please contact us as soon as possible to explain the situation. You may call our office at anytime, even after hours, as we do have an answering service that allows you to leave a message.
