This role offers you an exciting and versatile position in an established, growing private practice in the beauty surrounds of the Capricorn Coast. For new clinicians or those moving to private practice for the first time this position offers a supported entry into private practice, allowing you to learn the ropes, so you end up loving private practice as much as we do. It will allow you to spend your work time with a team of like-minded individuals, who are all banning together to make a difference. The Role
We are a growing practice and have current positions available. We are seeking registered psychologist, psychologist wishing to complete their clinical endorsement, and/or clinical psychologist with full endorsement with AHPRA. If you are in the last stages of a 4+2 program you are encouraged to apply.
We have a burnout prevention caseload model, which includes a full-time caseload of no more than 30 client hours per week; a focus on taking regular time-off; no appointments booked outside of your allocated hours; and caseload monitoring to ensure caseload balance of mild to severe presentations. Positions are offered as direct employment, however contracting arrangements will be considered where mutually agreed.
