Purpose

Introducing the Green Fields Health and Performance Social and Emotional Workshop – a dynamic 8-week program designed for children and youth, along with their caregivers. This engaging group experience is dedicated to cultivating essential Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) skills that empower participants to thrive in everyday life.

Children and their caregivers will explore new dimensions of emotional intelligence and interpersonal relationships. Sessions will be conducted in a supportive and inspiring environment, following the five core competencies of the CASEL Model.

What is the CASEL Model

The Collaborative for Academic, Social, and Emotional Learning (CASEL) Model promotes the idea that all children and adults can be self-aware, compassionate, responsible, engaged, and lifelong learners who collaborate to reach their objectives and foster a more equitable and inclusive society. This is achieved through a dedication to social and emotional learning (SEL).
