Social and Emotional Learning - Parent and Child
The SEL Workshop runs for 8 x 1-hour sessions, including a concurrent workshop for parents and children. The workshop aims to teach and practice the Social and Emotional skills identified in the CASEL Model.
For the best program outcomes, both children and a caregiver are expected to attend all eight weeks.
The parent and children's workshops will run at the same time but in separate rooms and will follow the same course material in an age-appropriate manner.

Navigating Diversity Together - Parenting Neurodivergent Children
This group is designed to be a place where knowledge and skills can be provided and support shared among participants.
